White Sands NM (New Mexico)

  White Sands National Monument is really amazing because of its unique white gypsum sand with some beautiful ripple patterns and good-looking yuccas.
  To visit this nice place you can follow the Big Dune Nature trail and/or the Alkali Flat trail, but you can also wander wherever you want among the dunes.
  Right after sunrise and the hour before sunset are the best moments to take pictures, but I advice you to stay in the dunes at dusk to enjoy there a very special feeling.
